Your AI office, set up properly.
AI can now do real work in a small business — email, invoices, daily briefings, social content. Most owners know it. Most don't have time to figure out where to start. I come to your office, set it up right, and teach you to use it. When I leave, it's running.
You've heard AI could save you hours. Then what?
- You signed up for a tool or two. They're still sitting there.
- You've seen the demos — but nobody shows you how it works on your email, your invoices, your week.
- You don't have a spare weekend to become an AI person. You have a business to run.
That gap — between "AI is a big deal" and "AI is doing my invoice follow-ups" — is exactly what I close. Most owners use AI as a writer. I set it up as the operator.
One visit. A working system. Not another subscription you'll ignore.
- ✓The Business Brain — your business context, priorities, voice, and files, organized so the AI actually knows your business. This is the foundation everything else runs on — and it gets smarter every month you use it
- ✓Connected to your tools — email, calendar, files — with permissions limited to exactly what's needed, nothing more
- ✓3–5 working plays — automations built around your repeating tasks
- ✓Your Playbook — one plain-English page listing everything your setup can do, so it becomes daily habit instead of a forgotten tool
- ✓The Owner's Handbook — a short guide written for you, not for developers: how to run it, how to add to it, what to do if something breaks
- ✓Training + a 30-day settling-in period — I don't leave until you and your team are comfortable, and small fixes in the first month are on me
- ✓You own all of it — your accounts, your data, your system
What it actually does, day to day
Morning brief
Your calendar, inbox, and priorities in one summary — before your first coffee.
Invoice chaser
Polite, persistent follow-ups on unpaid invoices, drafted for your approval.
Email assistant
Long threads summarized; replies drafted and waiting for your OK.
Social content
Posts drafted in your voice, on a schedule — you approve, it publishes.
Weekly business review
Every Friday: what moved, what stalled, and the one thing to fix next week — from your own numbers.
Your personal OS dashboard
Your whole business on one screen — every line of work, what's moving, what's next — kept current by your AI office.
Research on tap
"What are competitors charging?" answered with sources, not guesses.
Paperwork & quotes
Quotes, proposals, and repeat documents drafted from a sentence or two.
These aren't the limit — they're the starting menu. At the audit we find your five.
Three steps, no mystery
- Audit — 90 minutes at your office. We map your repeating tasks and I show you one automation live, on your data. You'll know exactly what AI can take off your plate before spending a dollar on setup.
- Setup — I build it on-site. On your accounts, with your team. Usually one to two days.
- Handoff — every play demonstrated live. Before I call it done, we run each play together, on your real accounts, with you watching. All green or I keep working. Then training, Your Playbook, and the Owner's Handbook. If you want new plays added monthly, that's the Care Plan.
Flat pricing, all of it visible
| Offer | Price | Note |
|---|---|---|
| AI Ops Audit | $500 | Applies to your setup if you go ahead |
| Owner Setup | $2,500 | Full setup + training, in person |
| Team Setup | from $5,000 | Multi-person, shared workflows |
| Care Plan | $400/mo | Your Business Brain kept current + one new play each month + check-in. Cancel anytime. |
No contracts on the setups. The audit fee comes off your setup, so trying it costs you nothing extra.
Set up by someone who's run a small business his whole life
I'm Tyler Giesbrecht. I ran my own flooring and renovation company in Calgary for 15 years, and I've been a realtor here for 14. I know what it's like when the admin eats your evenings — quoting, chasing invoices, keeping up with email, trying to stay visible online.
These systems run my own businesses every day. I'm not a software company and I'm not selling you a platform — I set things up the way a tradesperson does: properly, once, and I show you how it works before I leave.
If it's not a fit for your business, I'll tell you at the audit.
I'm my own first client
Everything on this page runs my businesses today — and you can check two of them yourself.
The app I built
Playbook Memories
A youth-sports memory app for hockey and baseball families — season timelines, team feeds, printed memory books. I designed it and built it with the same AI office I set up for owners. The site is live; the app launches this fall.
The workflows I run
Tyler G Realty
My real estate business runs on plays I built in Claude Cowork: a morning brief before my first showing, market updates drafted from the week's CREB numbers, and client follow-ups that never slip. Fourteen years in — the admin finally keeps up with me.
The dashboard I open every morning
One Playbook OS — my own command center: the day's three signals, revenue pace, the content queue, and every project's next step. Yours gets built at setup. (Shown with sample data.)
If I wouldn't run it myself, I won't set it up for you.
Questions owners actually ask
Is my business data safe?
Everything runs on your own accounts — I set it up, you own it. Connections to your email or files get the minimum permissions needed, and I document every one so you can see (and revoke) exactly what's connected.
Do I need to be technical?
No. That's the point of the service. If you can approve an email, you can run this. The training and the skills list are built for owners, not developers.
What does it cost to run after setup?
The AI subscription itself (roughly $20–100+/month depending on plan — we pick the right one at the audit). No ongoing fees to me unless you choose the Care Plan.
What kind of businesses is this for?
Owner-run businesses — trades, clinics, shops, offices, solo professionals. If you or your staff spend hours each week on email, invoices, scheduling, or social media, there's something here.
What if it doesn't stick?
Your Playbook, the Owner's Handbook, and the 30-day settling-in period exist for exactly that reason. And the Care Plan is month-to-month — if it's not earning its keep, cancel it.
Do you guarantee it works?
I guarantee the mechanism: at handover, every play runs live in front of you, on your real accounts — all green or I keep working. Nobody can honestly guarantee your revenue, so I don't.
Can you do this remotely?
Calgary-area setups are in person. Remote setups are available for straightforward cases — ask.
Start with the audit.
90 minutes at your office. You'll leave the meeting knowing exactly what AI can take off your plate — with one automation already demonstrated on your own data. If we're not a fit, the audit is still yours to keep.
Prefer email? tyler@oneplaybook.io — I answer these myself.
